Welcome to Lynx HRMS, an attendance and human resource management platform offered by Lynx Softech. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Services.

This agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any updates.

2. User Accounts

To access and utilize the services offered by LYNX HRMS, organizations are required to create an administrative account and may add users as permitted under their selected subscription plan. Each organization is responsible for maintaining accurate and current information for all user accounts created under its administration.

The number of user accounts (including both active and inactive users) is subject to the limit defined by the selected subscription plan. This user limit is inclusive of all registered users in the system, regardless of their current status (active or deactivated). If an organization exceeds the allocated user quota, it may be required to upgrade to a higher subscription tier or remove excess users to remain compliant with the plan restrictions.

Organizations are solely responsible for managing user roles and access levels and for ensuring that credentials are kept secure and confidential. Any unauthorized use of user accounts or security breaches must be reported to LYNX Softech immediately.

3. Acceptable Use

By using Lynx HRMS, users agree to use the platform lawfully and respectfully. You are prohibited from using the system in ways that:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Lynx Softech or third parties.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data or the platform’s backend systems.
  • Transmit any malware, viruses, or harmful software that could compromise the system or user data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services or data contained therein.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including removal of offending content, suspension, or termination of accounts, and legal proceedings if necessary.

4. Data Ownership

All data entered into the system by our clients, including employee records, attendance logs, leave applications, and task information, remains the sole property of the respective client organization.

Lynx Softech acts solely as a data processor and does not claim any rights over the client data. We implement best-in-class security protocols to safeguard all data stored in our system, including encrypted databases and secure backups.

Clients are responsible for ensuring their employees’ data is collected and used in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining appropriate consent where required.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate user access to the Services without prior notice if there is:

  • A breach of these Terms
  • Suspected or confirmed misuse of the platform
  • Failure to comply with applicable laws
  • Security threats or unauthorized access attempts originating from a user account

Users may also request account termination by contacting our support team. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

We will provide clients with a grace period to export their data before permanent deletion, unless legally obligated to retain the data.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lynx Softech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

  • Your access to or use of the Services
  • Any unauthorized access or alteration of your transmissions or data
  • Any bugs, viruses, or harmful code transmitted through our system
  • Errors or omissions in any content or functionality

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) to use the Services in the previous six months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Services.
